UN approved IBCs that won't fail inspection when crossing into KSA or is that just a sticker on the cage?

UK made drip trays for industr

We've got a regular run from our facility in Ajman over to a site in Dammam and the last time the truck got pulled aside for a random check the inspector took one look at our old IBCs and started shaking his head because the UN markings were so faded and scratched up you could barely make out the numbers, and we lost a whole morning of productivity while they argued about whether the container was still legally compliant. I've been told to source a few replacement units that can survive the sun and the road vibration without the cage welds cracking and the labels peeling off after three trips, and I landed on https://www.crateco.ae/category-products-list/ibc-tanks-UN-Approved while scrolling through some industrial supply pages but I'm a bit wary because I've seen plenty of "UN approved" stickers that were basically just inkjet printouts slapped on a standard bottle. My main question for anyone who's actually bought these and put them through the rigors of cross border haulage is whether the valve assembly is robust enough to handle a driver who cranks it shut with a bit too much enthusiasm or if it starts dripping halfway through the desert, because nothing ruins a delivery quite like pulling up with a puddle of expensive liquid pooling in the drip tray and a client who suddenly wants a discount for the mess.
